Marc Weinberg is a graduate of U.C. Davis, where he received two undergraduate degrees, a B.S. in Zoology and B.A. in Art History. He received his J.D. in Law in 1980, was admitted to the California Bar in 1980, and Federal Court - Central District, in 1982. When specially requested, Marc Weinberg volunteers his time as a judge pro tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court, and acts as a settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

In the more than 20 years of practicing law, Marc Weinberg, has represented countless individuals and businesses in civil litigation. Having represented collection agencies in pursuit of debts owed to various creditors, including credit card companies, Marc Weinberg is familiar with the inner workings of these companies.
